Make Your Own Candle Holder

Flee market is one of my favourite spot; They offer many things which I found them unique & sometimes to the extend vintage items, something an ordinary stores don't offer. Its a great place to get a glimpse of an idea too. I saw a candle holder sold at a flee market; it's very nice. So the idea of making one just explode.... I have an empty tea container which I think just perfect for a candle holder. It's simple and fun to make. Here are few pictures on how I transform an unwanted container to a candle holder. Have fun; And you can try to make your own too!

This is the empty tea container I mentioned about.
Made of thick hard cardboard.
Peeled off the cover.
Use sharp circle cutter to create holes around it.
I used poster colour to paint the outer container.
I chose orange, black & white.
You can use any materials or technique to decorate as desire.

Finished look. Purposely smeared the paint.
The other side view.
Now it's ready to use.
Enjoy your evening with your own made candle holder.
Perhaps a romantic candle light dinner at your patio *-*
